In DOSMILVACAS.arte do this weekend workshop for girls and boys of Tibetan Bowls and Creative Paint.
We will do me and a painter Remedios Reme Galician 4 years living in the Bierzo. Also a painter's art therapist from a gestalt perspective.
The workshop aims to work both sound and listening, relaxation and exploration of the body. At the same time promote the expression of the inner universe that emerges from these younger beings through music and painting. It will be a space for discovery and expression, diversity and creativity as always com base to give life to every moment.
