promise is due.
spent some time since the last post ... life has called me to many events and now the peace of home, living plants and the sunlight coming through the window, I decided to share lessons second book Sufi Message of Hazrat Inayat Khan - The Mysticism of Music, Sound and Word.
I chose to share a few paragraphs of Chapter III - Harmony which I have evoked a contemplative observation of my surroundings and thus more contemplation of myself.

"There are two aspects of individual harmony: harmony between body and soul and harmony between individuals.
The soul rejoices in the comfort experienced by the self external, but the man is left to fill both the comfort that the true comfort of the soul is unattended. This keeps man unsatisfied with all the comforts momentary and not understanding it believes that the cause of your dissatisfaction is a desire unsatisfied with his life. The real delight of the soul is in love, harmony and beauty and the consequence of this is the wisdom, tranquility and peace. The more constant the greater the satisfaction of the soul.
soul satisfaction is more important than body once it is more durable. In this sense, thought, speech and action can be adjusted so that harmony can be created first in the self through the balance between body and soul.
The next aspect of individual harmony occurs in contact with each other. Each individual has an individual ego produced by their own illusion. This limits their vision that is focused in the direction of their own interests and judged as good or bad, high or low, right or wrong in relation to himself, through his limited vision is usually partial and illusory than real. This difficulty is caused by the darkening of the soul by self external. And so the person becomes blind to their own limitations and to the merits of others.
The Nafts , the ego of an individual, because of disharmony with all self and with others. The Lion, the ruler of all animals, the most powerful and majestic, it is always well received by the inhabitants of the forest and he is even disagreeable to others of its kind. Two lions never greet a friendly manner once their Nafts are so strong. And though the lion is the chief of all the animals, he is a slave to his own passion, which is not allowed to have a quiet life. The Nafts of herbivores such as sheep or goats is dominated, hence are not hazardous to the other and are harmonic enough to live in herds. But they easily become victims of wild animals. (...) The Nafts of birds is even smaller. Therefore, in the same tree, may have several different families species. (...) The Nafts of insects are even smaller, they walk over each other without bothering, and live together in millions, as a family. This explains how the power of Nafts grows in each step of the evolution of nature, culminating in man, creating disharmony in your life unless it is dominated, thus producing the calm and peace within the self and a sense of harmony with others. Every human being has an attribute their specific Nafts . You can be like a tiger, another like a dog, another as a cat and the room like a fox. So the man shown in his speech, thoughts and feelings the beasts and birds, and the condition of their Naft s corresponds to their nature, and sometimes their appearance are evoked. Thus, a tendency towards harmony depends on the evolution of Nafts . "
