s Hi everyone,

Much time has passed and I really am glad that has not been written before. Everything has been for the work and different experiences I've had in recent weeks.

Workshops, concerts, experiments and other contacts both with nature and myself have now made me feel full ... and sometimes not, but continually getting the intensity I is given.

One of the jobs I have raised even more the beauty of sound was to perform in a beautiful farm in the Sierra de Gredos. In a workshop Quartz bowls and overtone singing taught by Alvaro Narbona, I felt a deep approach to the voice and the power it had on me. The atmosphere was total experimentation ... 10 children jumping with a new toy - the harmonics of the voice.

Close contact with the quartz bowls was also very intense. Beings who have had the opportunity to learn more and I passed an amazing power that I want to experience again soon.

conduct a workshop later bowls. This is the second place at the Gallery DOSMILVACAS.arte of Ponferrada. In this, I was really the intention of experiencing the voice, provide very clear information on the bowls and their application, dream about and feel, but also create a self-focused time through meditation, physical exercises, creativity, to reach a state of openness and trust that allowed the expression and release of emotions. Works were beautiful and very real to those who subsequently joined the sound of both the voice and bowls, allowing healing. And some steps were taken.

One that I consider essential - to create experiences that allow them to live the reality of each, and regardless of which each takes what is relevant.

I am very grateful to the participants for their dedication, curiosity and interest. This made it possible to create a dynamic workshop and very rich experience level. Thanks to all.
